    225lb on deadlift
    Pull-ups

    Kipping pullups on 21 and jumping on the 15 and 9

  3. Took the kids to the local middle school track and did the PSG wod below:

    4 Rounds for time:

    400m run
    2:00 rest

    1. 1:20
    2. 1:23
    3. 1:31
    4. 1:29

    Words cannot explain how much this thing SUCKED! I obviously need to spend more time running. Can't wait to test for improvement on this one in a couple months.

  4. CF WOD as Rx'd (Epic Failure)

    21-15-9
    Deadlift @ 225
    HSPU

    Did maybe 5 DL with great form, 25-30 with good form, and bad form on the rest.

    Did maybe 5 complete HSPU, then did some half way to get to 21, on the set of 15, I did hanstand and slowly went down to forehead and held for 1 sec, on the 9, I did a mix of poorly executed anything, but I tried my a$$ off. I will keep working on presses and cutting weight, I want to get this one.

  6. I agree with Clint, that's good work trickle.

    As you can see I didn't even try the hspu. I need to practice those on my own before trying them in a wod! Props for doing it as rx'ed!! Sometimes that's half the battle, one I often fail!
