Timed Circuit 052909 F

The original plan was to do a "20 x 20" grind today but with the "Stength Class" tomorrow morning I thought this would be better. I could be wrong...

4 rounds for time of:

8 Squat Cleans @ 135 lbs (65 lbs)
400 meter run

Scale as needed

  2. Second workout on Thursday night. About 3 hours of bouldering, spent the majority of it trying to send one problem that I touched the last hold on several times but never finished. Tore out about 5 blisters. Good workout though.

  5. Front Range is such a good source for WODs. It seems no coincidence that the FRCF girls finished 1, 2 , and 3 in the Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifier.

    I thought I was ready to workout today. My time sure doesn't reflect it. 10-15 days of subpar nutrition is where I'll point the finger this time, and I bet I'm right.
