  1. Lots of good info today. 3hrs of steady lifting at relatively light weight WORE ME OUT!

    There was a lot of material covered and much of it was new. Let me know what each of you would like to see incorporated more into our workouts here at The Shop.

    It was amazing how the weight seemed lighter with better technique.
