Strength 050209 Sa

Work at getting stronger at something. Front Squat, OHS, Deadlift, Pullups, Power Clean... the list goes on and on.

For example, you could do the following...

Workout:

10 minute Row @ easy pace

Then: Deadlift:
3x5 @ 50% 1RM
3x4 @ 60% 1RM
3x3 @ 70% 1RM
3x2 @ 80% 1RM
6x1 @ 90% 1RM

Then:

500m Row for time

    Deadlift:
    3 x 7 @ 95
    3 x 6 @ 125
    3 x 5 @ 155
    3 x 4 @ 185
    3 x 3 @ 215
    3 x 2 @ 245
    4 x 1 @ 275
    1 x 1 @ 295
    1 x 1 @ 315 (new PR)

    Then 500m row for time
    Result: 1:34.9 (current PR)

  2. good job, dude. i wanted to do that one today. but, couldn't make it to the Y. i plan on doing it tomorrow.

  3. thanks man. i really want to get better at the deadlift and today had to help. have fun with that 500m row at the end, it's enough to make you never want to strap into a C2 again.

    by the way, pick whatever damper setting you want when going all out on 500m. i did mine on #7
