Power and Speed for 5,000lbs 050609 W

A look into their window...
I've been wanting to do this one for a couple months...

Today's prescription courtesy of Crossfit Jax

Workout -

Squat Clean & Jerk
(Ground to overhead anyhow, one motion or split it up. Just include the squat)
Accumulate 5000lbs as fast as possible using any load / rep scheme

*If you are unable to Squat Clean & Jerk at least 95lbs, scale to 3000lbs

Post load / rep scheme & total time to comments, for example:
65lbs / 42 reps, 95lbs / 53 reps, 115lbs / 44 reps, or 135lbs / 37 reps
