Endurance / AMRAP 050509 T

From yesterday...



Endurance options:

Row 30+
Run 30+
Bike 30+

Speed options:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

6 one arm KB snatch @ 35lbs
8 box jumps @ 30"
12 pull-ups (chest to bar)

or

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

    That makes me want to go practice OHS :)

  2. Not so strong on the chest-ups

    3 rounds + snatch + jumps + 2 pullups

    Pathetic

    Snatches and box jumps were no problem

    I just couldn't get anymore than 6 chest-ups unbroken during the first round. It was 2 at a time after that

    A sobering experience to say the least
