12 Deadlift @ 155
9 Hang Power Clean @ 155
6 Push Jerk @ 155
Scale to 65, 95, 115, or 135 as needed
Grind Option:
"DT", the same workout as above just not for time.
Again, scale accordingly
Post your load, time, and wether you did the work "for time" or as a "grind".
