Keep a steady pace.
Scale accordingly.

    Hi Friends,
    I just talked to Willie Lambert with Great Plains Running Co…..starting next Monday night, April 27th, he’s hosting a 3-4 mile walk/jog/run starting at Boss Hawg’s and ending there with appetizer & drink specials.

    It’s going to be every Monday at 6pm and by the end of the summer his goal is to have 100 people! I think it would be great to start with 100 people!

    Please forward this to anyone who might be interested! I plan to be there, walking, but by the end of the summer, jogging, at the “Monday Night Hog Trot.”

    Need to keep working the lower back. Not painful, but very sore muscles from last few workouts. Sshhakibng toio hardf to type.

  5. Worlock flys to mexico, picks up unknown substance, comes back with bad attitude, severe back acne and a 15 min time on the MM. WOW. Nice Job.
