Tabata Something Else 122009

Warm-up
Burgener x 3
10 Dead Hang Pull-ups
10 Ring Push-ups
10 Weighted Sit-ups
10 Bar Squats

Work
"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

  1. no pullup bar access today so i did the following instead:
    - warm up:
    4 x barbell complex - pushups + ohs + burpees
    45, 65, 95, 115
    - work:
    squat cleans
    3 x 165
    5 x 185
    all done as singles, really trying to get this movement down so i can add to the load. wish i would have done some reps at 115, 135, and 155 first. overall a good day though
