    6 hours & change; 6th place

    Could of ended up better, we chose to follow follow a couple of marines instead of using our own directions. Took us on a 45 min hill running detour that we didnt need. Was a good fun race, not near as hard as the last one. This area has some kickass mountian biking trails, could ride as long as one can handle and not be on the same trail all day.

  2. My legs are USELESS. So I did the following...

    "Death By Pushup"

    For Max Rounds:
    Minute 1 - 1 Push-up
    Minute 2 - 2 Push-ups
    Minute 3 – 3 Push-ups
    Minute 4 - 4 Push-ups...

    With a continuously running clock do one pushup the first minute, two pushups the second minute, three pushups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

    Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    result - 21 rounds complete (231 pushups)
