Get High 112409



Run, Bike, or Row until you feel the euphoric rush.

Just because the end of the year is coming, does not mean we are slowing down. The workouts will progressively get tougher. We will be focusing on olympic lifts, varied and mixed modal movements, working on the rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and we will even be incorporating items not usually found in a gym, like tractor tires, rope climbs, sledgehammers, and wooden boxes. Oh wait, we already do that. Well, I guess we will be doing more of the same, but you will never get tired of it, because you never know what is coming. You will never want to quit because the intensity and variety works, it's addictive.
