  4. Precor machine, 30 minutes, 2.65 miles, 300 calories

    worked up to 1rm ohs

    between each set I did 5 burpee pullups to keep th blood moving.

    115lbs is 1rm failed 125 a few times still lacking shoulder strength and flexibility.
