    now i feel really bad about doing NOTHING.

    can't believe i used the weather as an excuse and didn't even think of calling bs on myself and rowing.

  3. Trickle, cabana, joy: cedar crest 1 lap. Slick, had to use different leg muscles and focus on the ground. Joy ran a little less than 36 min. New PR for her. Amazing job. No time known for myself or cabana.
