3.3 mile route at the Governors Mansion

    5-5-5-5 deadlift

    Patrick: 225-235-245-255

    3 Rounds for time:

    5 Curtis p's @ 65lbs
    10 burpee pu
    15 kettlebell swings 16kg

    9:00 minutes even
    27:00 minutes even

    to be fair Leak slowed me down a little but not much. Good workout!

  7. That was so slippery and the heat and humidity of a sauna. It hurt to stop and walk because everything would cramp up. I look forward to next weeks run.
