"Nowhere to Hide"
5 rounds for time of:

5-4-3-2-1 Clean and Jerk @ 155lbs
10-8-6-4-2 CF JAX Burpees
15-12-9-6-3 Box Jumps @ 24"
20-16-12-8-4 Pullups

First round looks like:
5 C & J, 10 Burpees, 15 Box Jumps, 20 Pullups.
Second round looks like:
4 C & J, 8 Burpees, 12 Box Jumps, 16 Pullups.
and so on...

Clean and Jerk is ground to overhead anyhow / 150 total reps / Scale as needed
