Chin over bar at the top and tap your chest at the bottom

D. "The Goob & Bruce Special"

5 rounds for time of:

5 Push Jerk @ 135
10 Burpees

E. "Mini Cindy"

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats

  1. That Crossfit Jax video is still my all time favorite Crossfit video. Black and white, Metallica, Transformers, and a hard freakin' workout - can't go wrong.

    The "Jonestown Sprint" went pretty good other than when I about fell off the bar during that one bpu. Also, it's strange, I touched my chest on all but one of the bpu but it sure doesn't look like it in the video.

    Again, one of my all-time favorite timed WOD's. Thanks Gym Jones.

    liked the video, too. i'm glad you got rid of that effect that made me feel like i was watching old home movies. hahaha.

    like-minded individuals in the pursuit of anarchistic fitness revolutionized by what we believe is right, are hard to come by.

    mike solis (solista) and myself (russ) consider it a great privilege that your crew digs what we do. mike has since moved on to bigger and better with the fbi. cfjax is now run by my wife and i and it continues on its path to trampling the weak and hurdling the dead.

    maybe in the near future, we all can hang out, bleed, sweat and cry over much appreciated suffering.

    until then - only the hard/only the strong.

  5. 5am Bike Ride - Approx 7 miles med+ pace, 10 min #10 on C2 machine Intensity by minute...
    7,7,6,5,5,4,6,6,9,5
    11:30a 100 Tire Flip & Jumps 19:25 and one more timed workout in the making for tonight. Best I could do to punish myself for a week of bad food intake. (Even though you can't outwork a shitty diet)
