Rest Day / Goals

While you're resting today think about your Goals.

Goals are important.

Following thru with them is more important.

Here's a simple 3 step plan:

1. Make a list (as if you don't already know what's on it)
2. Figure out how to get there (more than likely you already know)
3. Stop making excuses ("Just do it")

Today's post is for all of us who are "coasting" or are in maintenance mode but short of where we want to be.

  1. SoMetimes coasting is nessasary!

    I think the important thing is to listen to our bodies!! it always knows before the top 4 inches does!
