Bench and OH carry were the toughest to on the shoulders. Bench, SDLHP, and Goblet Squat broke into 2 sets in some rounds to maintain pace. Single unders provided a frustrating challenge early on while my wrists were trying to spin the rope too fast for one jump. Only got to the rd of 16 in the time limit within the confines of the group and available equipment speed was not the primary focus. Will keep doing these most weeks as a steady dose of longer work is complimentary to the programming we are on.
