  1. This one wasn't done at blazing speed. Everybody concentrated on form and I think that was key for this one. Running into a pretty stiff wind made the runs a little slower than normal, but it was good to get out there since we will likely be stuck inside for the next week or two.
    My sets were broken as follows (12/8), (8/7), (6/4), (singles as fast as possible).
    Good work everybody, and J, you will graduate from the med-ball training soon.
