5 Deadlift @ 265
3 Squat Clean @ 175
1 Jerk @ 175
This event will be scored based on total reps. You may not move on to the next movement until all reps from the previous lift have been completed. The jerk may be done from the finish position of the final squat clean.

below freezing in the garage... check
enough equipment to do some damage... check
and most importantly,
motivation level... high
Luckily two of my best friends, Strength and Metcon, decided to stop by with some goods to help me get the party started.

250lb deadlift singles x 15
with video analysis
results: did one rep per minute and really tried to focus on form. things got a little ugly around rep 12 but 13, 14, and 15 were some of the best of the bunch
put weight away then,

100-80-60-40-20 double unders
75-60-45-30-15 squats
50-40-30-20-10 full situps
25-20-15-10-5 pushups

this took a little longer than i had anticipated. double unders were hit and miss. did i mention it was 22 degrees?
Depending on equipment availability and how enticing some other workouts are that I see the rest of the day I may have more in the tank. That being said we're planning on ringing in the new year at The Shop with a large dose of pain and suffering tomorrow so I may be smart to hold off.
On the other hand, when the engine is fueled up, ready and willing, you have to race.
