Very happy with my 5k but I wish I could have gone just a little faster on the 400 to get under 1:05. Maybe I'll test it again if I have time. Like Cabana, I'm not so sure about the Front Squats and Row tomorrow. I'm thinking about moving one of those to another day, but what day?
