Seminar Pics / Wrist Pain info / Rest 060409

Here are some shots from our "Seminar" last Saturday.
After that, some good info on dealing with wrist pain in the rack / receiving position.

3 Hours and an unknown number of squats later we were WORN OUT. A lot of good info and general knowledge was passed on to us that day. Now, let's see how much of it we can put to use.

    Really think sub 13 is possible, I will do this one again.
