Rest Day / Reflection 060709 S

Take a few minutes and think about the following....

On a scale of 1-10, 1 being "as far from happy as I can think of" and 10 being "completely content" how satisfied or content are you with your:

a) current body composition
b) current physical abilities

If there are any other factors that motivate you to train as hard as you do please post them. It seems as though "being healthy" or "living longer" would fall under physical abilities.

If you're not 100% happy with your current physical abilities or appearance, take a minute and post as many of your training / appearance related goals as you can think of.

We need direction when it comes to training and that direction should come from within. Too often we don't take the time to define where we are and where we want to be. Without the knowledge of where one is how can they determine where they want to go or how to get there?

In other words, without the knowledge of current conditions vs. those desired, how can we improve?
