  2. 4,4,4,3,3 I thought I had enough to do 5 rounds the first time, but with just over 30 seconds to go I thought I wouldn't make it and felt it necessary to save the energy. The limiting factor was definately the air squats. Rest 1 min after final round and ran 1 mile. Nine and a half minutes later I dragged my sorry ass back into the shop. All I could do to finish and keep moving.

    tough and deceptive workout. sure thought 24 was possible. nice job to all. that run sucked. it was kind of hot today.

    Done Sat 5 June at 6pm

    MOD:
    Cleans - 85 (just starting out, so wanted to err on side of caution... and allow some chance to work on form)
    Pushups - from knees

    3.3.3.3.3
    (usually finished with 30 to 40 sec, but didn't try a 4th round. rested instead.)

    run: 8:48 (walked on the two slight inclines - once at 5:00 for about 20 sec, and then at 6:55 for about 10 sec.)
