This workout was murder.
To hard headed to scale.
Jonestown, the long version of Jonestown sprint, or just Jonestown sprint. This WOD goes by many names but it is amazing how 5 extra reps and 10 pounds can make a difference. Imagine what this one would be like at an 8.5' or 9' pullup bar vs an 8'. Good quick workout to flush the system.
