EMOM - every minute on the minute, with a continuously running clock, do one set of: 1 pullup 2 pushups 3 squats per round until the prescribed number or reps can not be completed within the minute. round 4 would look like: 4 pullups 8 pushups 12 squats
Clint - 8 rounds, 9 pullups, and 8 pushups Cabana - 7 rounds, 8 pullups, 16 pushups, and 21 squats Rookie - 7 rounds, 8 pullups, 16 pushups, and ? squats Patrick - 7 rounds, 8 pullups, and 10 pushups
Then we did the following: 10 jumping squats 200m run rest until time to go again 10 jumping lunges 200m run rest 10 box jumps @ 36" 200m run rest 10 bw squats 200m run
each round started at the top of a 3 minute interval.
Didn't make it 60 minutes due to the fact that it gets dark too early this time of year. Most bike riding will have to be done early, or on the weekends. I was gassed and legless for most of the slick ride. Need to work on my climbing and bike position. Would be better off if I would just stay in the woods for a few weeks with a sleeping bag and my bike. I would then be forced to learn to ride better/faster to catch my food or starve. Many more rides required.
