Build your "breath"



Today you have only one option and that is to ROW

Pick a distance and see how long it takes you to get there
OR
Pick a time and see how far you can get

Sooner or later you will learn to become one with the C2

Here's a look at what we did yesterday:
5 rounds
115lb front squats 2-10-8-6-4
burpee pullups 2-10-8-6-4
45lb MA situps 4-20-16-12-8
95lb SDLHP 2-10-8-6-4
53lb swings 4-20-16-12-8
25lb slams 4-20-16-12-8
100 jump rope

it was killer and took 35-45 minutes to complete
