    4 rounds 800 meter run timed.

    Goal was all under 3 min.

    2:15, 2:02 @ 7
    2:56, 1:58 @ 7

    Lost count on floor wipers on last set, when I "came to" I was counting 29, so I dont know how many I really did, could have been 19, could have been 40?? "The Shop" was very steamy today, we need a fan.
