  1. I did row, move, row, move, row from yesterday's (2.16.09) Gym Jones schedule. Here's the results:

    I'll be doing that again. Just glad to finish the first time

  2. Maximus' time = about 36 minutes
    my time = about 57 minutes, and I used less weight on the swings

    That dude is a MONSTER!

  4. Beasmaster, Joy, and I ran the 3.2 mile SHOP run. We didnt take a stopwatch but figured it out to be just under 30 minutes with Blain coming in a couple minutes in front. Excellent day for a run. Can't wait to get back out to the Governor's Mansion for a nice trail ride.
