Summer Games Events, info #2 / to rest? or not to rest...

- "Strength & Strategy"
275/185lb Deadlift x Max Reps in 4 min (1 point each)
225/150lb Back Squat x Max Reps in 4 min (1.5 points each)
175/115lb GTOH x Max Reps in 4 min (2 points each)

Continuous Clock / No Rest Between Movements

Score = Total Points

Event #2 - "Skill, Speed, & Stamina"

3 Rounds
115/75lb OHS/HPC/SDLHP x 7*
53/35lb KB Swings (American) x 17
24/20" Burpee Box Jump x 10

Then,

Event #3 - "THE SHOPstacle Course"

a nasty tour through the grounds of THE SHOP and nearby streets that will be filled with a wide variety of tasks and torture. full details and map next Thursday. only one clue for now...

Additional men's and women's MOD's / scaled loads will be posted prior to the events.

BBQ and sides will be served as part of the post games dinner. Due to increased numbers of competitors we're asking that you please bring a small donation to help cover the food costs.
