Single Unders x 3 (90 ea round)
Trickle, rx, 11:14Double unders are still a work in progress. Grip was faltering as the reps/rounds progressed. Tabata was an f'ing joke. Too much lower leg pain/failure to get much out of it. Avg 5 box jumps, 8-10 sprints
