On Saturday July 17th THE SHOP will be hosting the Summer Games.
Invites have been sent to a few regional gyms and confirmations are coming in.
Anyone and Everyone over 18 years of age is welcome.
8:00a - We will meet at THE SHOP to get a head count, warmup, and go over the events.
9:00a - Event 1 begins (Strength)
11:30a - Event 2 begins (MetCon)
2:00p - Event 3 begins ("THE SHOPstacle Course")
Events will be for men and women.
Everything is scaleable.
Pride is your prize.
Following the final event we will eat BBQ and drink beverages.
Exact events will be posted closer to game time.
Come out for good fun, competition, and food.
